Hello! My name is Matthew, and I’m a junior here at Huntsville High School. This is my first year writing for the Red and Blue. I enjoy writing, in addition to reading, listening to music, hiking, spending time with friends, playing video games, and singing with the HHS Choir. I also aspire to learn how to draw. My interests include Cabaret, The Great Comet of 1812, Les Mis, Children of Blood and Bone, Ultrakill, Half-Life, Halo, Dr. Who, current events, and international politics. As for academics, I hope to major in Chemistry and minor in Communications at Columbia University. I am passionately opinionated about certain topics, but I’m able to write without bias—otherwise, I wouldn’t be here.
